Got food there today, they sent my burrito down the line to get it done faster and asked for a list of what was on it. They put sour cream on it while I wasn't looking, which I did not want or ask for, rendering my meal inedible. Portions were tiny and their rice is always RAW. Disgusting how much they've gone downhill.
I understand I came in at 9:20 and it’s getting closer to closing. But from the minute I stepped up I knew they didn’t wanna help me. They gave me half portions . And ultimately at the end of the night. The teenage girl threw the bag on the counter at me. Now I know, never come to Chipotle at night time
Just picked up my to go order. For real, Chipotle? This location keeps getting worse and worse in terms of consistency and quality.
Even if I ignore the fact that the bowl is half empty, it’s missing hot sauce. It barely has any lettuce and certainly doesn’t have the extra veggies I asked for.
I'm a frequent customer and fan of the food. I usually have a good experience there- not tonight. I stopped in at about 7:40/7:45 Oct 11. The cashier (name on receipt said Adriana) was quite RUDE! It seemed like having to serve me and my daughter was a huge inconvenience for her. Seemed outright hostile. When I corrected her on the salsa I ordered, she snapped to the person building the food, and muttered something under her breath. Angrily and sloppily tossed the salsa in the bag- glad and surprised it didn't spill. Very unfriendly. Both me and my daughter were quite taken aback. I am a former service manager with Chipotle, so I understand how the staff are to treat guests. Has the company lowered their standards? Maybe I'll start going to Qdoba.
The Carne Asada was horrible, I do not recommend. The time of my order was 12:09pm, the meat was dry, overcooked, and full of fat and gristle. The meat portion was small about 2oz which I could not eat and tossed in the garbage. I basically paid $19.00 for rice and a few vegetables. I have eaten at the Fox River Mall location in the past and was very happy with the food and service. The Darboy location was a poor lunch choice.
Food would have gotten 5 stars but my chips were very dark and not good. Over cooked perhaps?

THANK YOU for reminding me today why I haven't ate there in 5 years and will continue to go to Qdobas. I got the carnita bowl today and the idiot kid literally gave me the smallest portion of rice, beans and meat I've ever seen in my life. It was a bowl for an elementary child. The service was horrible. There were so many idiot kids on that line, it was chaotic. Most of them looked like they didn't have a clue what was going on. But thank you for reminding me ✌️
The crew moved like a very well oiled machine. Went just as fast as when there’s nobody else in the restaurant. They did an absolutely amazing job.
Food is good but the portion size is very inconsistent. Most of the time, the portion size is small with half the bowl being empty. Improve on the portion size.
